Chicken Marsala

New at this is a traditional chicken dish that is perfect for everyone in the family . Chicken Marsala is a floured and sauteed boneless breast of chicken. It is topped with sauteed mushrooms, carrots, and a Marsala wine sauce!   

Tray sizes:
Small: 30-32oz. Serves: 2-4 Price: $18.95
Large: 96-100 oz. Serves: 12-15 Price: $59.95

Chicken, flour, Olive oil, butter, mushrooms, carrots, parsely, Marsala wine, and spices. 
*If frozen follow microwave instructions for thawing, then use one of the following procedures.
Microwave Oven:
  1. Peel back corner of plastic cover and place in microwave.
  2. Set microwave on high power.
  3. Heat from 6-8 minutes depending on strength of microwave.
  4. Remove heated package from microwave and let stand1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
Conventional Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Remove plastic cover from container and cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Place covered container on baking sheet place in oven and begin to heat.
  4. Foil may be removed midway through heating.
  5. Suggested heating time if fresh 30-35 minutes, if frozen 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
* Do not place directly on baking rack.
Caution: Contents of package will be hot.
