Meloni's Stuffed Chicken Breast Cooking Instructions.
1.Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
2.Remove plastic film from package
3.Place on baking sheet and insert into oven.
4.Midway through total cooking time baste with butter or white wine and cover with foil for remaining time.
If your Chicken Breasts are fresh or fully thawed total cooking time is 1 hour.
If Chicken Breasts are frozen total cooking time is 1hour & 30 minutes.
Meloni's recommends cooking with a meat thermometer to an internal temp of 165 degrees.
